1.    Rules for New Admission:

 

·       Students who have registered their names with us will be given first preference.

·       Parents are requested to fill up accurate information on the admission form along with their current contact numbers without fail.

·       Parents are supposed to write correct date of birth of their ward and also accurate age in terms of years, months and days.

·       Parents please note that no admission will be excepted after completion of quota (total number of seats) in each class.

·       Parents are required to pay separate fees for all the extra study material provided by us.

           Parents are required to pay separate fees for Information booklet, educational trip and annual                 day function

Instructions to the Parents/Guardians:

1.    Parents/ Guardians are supposed to bring their wards (children) regularly and punctually to the school.

2.    Parents/ Guardians are supposed to inform the school authorities and teachers in case of sickness of their ward and not send the child to school.

3.    In case of long absentee in the school, parents are required to inform in writing the reason for the same to the school authorities and teachers before-hand.

4.    School will be closed on all public holidays and notices for the same will be put up on the notice boards regularly.

5.    It is the sole responsibility of the parents/ guardians to pick up from and drop their ward at school.

6.    Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to meet their wards or any teacher while the class is going on.

7.    Parents/Guardians are required to enquire about the performance of their ward on a regular basis.

8.    Parents/Guardians are supposed to be present for all the events/ functions and meetings where their presence is required.

9.    Parents/Guardians are required to inculcate good habits in their wards like cleanliness of teeth, eyes, nose, daily bathing, wearing clean clothes and cutting nails regularly etc.

10.  Parents/Guardians are supposed to try and make their wards self-reliant and self-dependent and let him/her play games which suit their age group.

11. Parents/Guardians are supposed to keep a check on the use of TV/ Radio/ Mobile phones by their wards/ children and encourage them to watch and listen to programs which enhance knowledge.

12. Parents/Guardians are supposed to feed all types of nutritious food articles to their children.

13. Parents/Guardians are supposed to inculcate the habit of ‘Early to bed and Early to rise’ in their children.  (Early to bed, early to rise, keeps a person healthy, wealthy and wise)
